It’s official. Australia, meet your new favourite TV personality – Scary Spice!
X Factor Australia has just announced what the internets has quietly known for weeks now – Mel B is joining the show as a judge, alongside returning favourites Guy Sebastian and Ronan Keating.
Scary fans have been saying for years how her larger-than-life personality and infectious laughter deserves a permanent place on TV but never in our wildest dreams did we think Mel B would literally set up camp Down Under for a gig.
Last year, the Aussie masses reconnected with Mel B for the first time since her Spice Girl days when she came on the show as a guest mentor and performer.
Since then, Mel B has been pushing her own reality TV show which follows her life around L.A. with husband Stephen Belafonte and daughters Phoenix and Angel. She is currently heavily pregnant with her third child so y’know, with everything else happening, her life is a little on the extremely exciting side right now.
I cannot wait to see the diva on TV every week. You know I live for the Spices, right?
As ya’ll know, Feed Limmy followed last year’s X Factor Australia series from start to end – and I’m picking up the madness for the 2011 season. It has yet to be officially announced but we all know the fourth judge joining the panel this year is gonna be Natalie Bassingthwaighte.
X Factor Australia just finished its nation-wide auditions a few weeks ago and this year, they’ve dropped to age limit down to 14.
