You can be the King B but watch Kween Kelly conquer.
Kelly Rowland has unveiled the steamy new cover for her long-awaited album: Here I Am. The moist look she’s going for here definitely falls in line with the smouldering bedroom anthems she has teased so far with ‘Motivation’ and ‘Lay It On Me’.
‘Motivation’ is still going hard on top of the US R&B/Hip Hop charts and judging by the impressive performance she delivered at yesterday’s BET Awards, I highly doubt that track is waning any time soon. The song is already easily Kelendria’s biggest American hit since she broke out with ‘Dilemma’. Suddenly everyone in the urban community wants a piece of it. Seems like there’s a new remix of ‘Motivation’ coming out every week with different rappers but as far as we know, only the one featuring Busta Rhymes, Fabolous and Trey Songz is official. These thugs just can’t control themselves when Kelly moans, “go lover… go in and make me rain!”
The follow up single ‘Lay It On Me’ featuring Big Sean should impact soon.
Kelly will release Here I Am in the US on 26 July. Stay tuned for the full final tracklisting. It’ll be interesting to see if any of the previously released singles make the cut.
